What are your Self-Paced Courses?
Our Self-Paced Courses are courses that can be taken at anytime, anywhere, with an internet connection. You can find the full listing of our courses here.
When is enrollment for the 2020-21 school year?
Fall semester enrollment is from July 1st 2020 to Oct. 1st 2020.
Spring semester enrollment is from Oct. 1st 2020 to Mar. 1st 2021
All courses must be completed by June 10th, 2021.
How long does the enrollment process take?
The enrollment process is completed automatically once the enrollment form is filled out and submitted. The enrollment form is sent automatically once payment is submitted through the online shop.
What is the age range for Self-Paced Courses?
The age range for Self-Paced Courses is 6th grade through 12th grade.
Are there elementary student courses available?
There are no elementary Self-Paced Course options are available at this time.
Is there a maximum age limit to these course?
There is no maximum age limit to take the courses. However if you are in high school you can request a transcript to be sent to your high school.
How many credits are your courses worth?
Our courses are for 1 full high school credit or .5 per half level of a course. For example, ASL Level 1 is the full course and is worth 1 credit. ASL 1A is the first half of the level 1 course and is worth .5 credit.
What is the deadline to enroll a student in this program?
The deadline to enroll in October 1st 2019 for first semester and March 1st 2020 for second semester.
Can adults take the online courses?
Yes, while the courses are built for high school students, adults can also enroll in the courses.
How will I access the lessons and materials?
Once you have paid for the class, you will be provided with login information to the class. We use a Learning Management System (LMS) called Canvas, and this is where you will login to everyday for instruction, classwork, homework, tests etc.

Is it possible to start the PLI programs without prior knowledge?
Yes, our classes have a fall and spring semester. If you start at the beginning of the school year, no prior knowledge is needed.
How can I request a demo account?
Please send an email to CustomerService@proxlean.com to request a demo account for the specific Self-Paced course you’d like access to.
What is your refund policy?
If you would like a refund, please send an email to CustomerService@proxlean.com and let them know which course you’d like a refund on. We will provide a refund within 30 days of purchase.
How are your courses priced?
Our value comes from being accredited by 2 major agencies, granting high school credit, and having most of our teachers be Master’s level educated.
What agencies are you accredited by?
We are NCAA and Cognia accredited (previously AdvancEd).
What is NCAA accreditation?
NCAA is for high school athletes. They get held to a standard that will then transfer to college to be an NCAA athlete in college. Our courses meet NCAA standards so students can take them to continue on their athletic path to college.
Does the teacher communicate with the student?
The teacher facilitates progress by feedback on assignments and communication through the inbox in the Canvas Learning Management System. They grade assignments, provide detailed guidance and personal feedback throughout the course.
Are there videos to watch in the course?
There are pre-recorded videos by our teachers to watch throughout the course.
What if I have technological issues?
If you run into technological issues, please reach out to our fantastic tech support team by one of these ways:

What is the payment plan?
If you purchase a payment plan, the total payment will be divided into 9 months. You will receive the student’s transcript once all payments are completed. This means that for some customers, payments are completed many months after their class was completed.
